Dance Scoring and Divisions

Cheer and Dance Extreme believes in putting together fair, knowledgeable, EXPERIENCED, and un-biased judging panels. All of our judges have been carefully screened and come from a variety of backgrounds with experience. All safety infractions & deduction judges are current USASF Safety Certified Judges. All panel judges are currently trained in the category they are judging.
RULES
CDE follows USASF guidelines for ALL Dance Divisions. This includes All Star Dance, Recreation Dance, and School Dance Divisions.

- In the top right hand corner, look for your program name and a drop-down menu that links to the rules.
- You will be able to view, download and/or print a PDF version of the rules.

Time Limit - Each team will have a minimum of 1 minute and 45 seconds (1:45) to a maximum of 2 minutes and 15 seconds (2:15) to demonstrate their style and expertise. Timing will begin with the first choreographed movement or note of the music. Timing will end with the last choreographed movement or note of the music, whichever happens last.
